Glad to see you back Kevin. Half the people I've given links to don't seem to be blogging anymore . . .
Olivia Elton Barrett eh! - what a lady. We have several books by her about basket weaving, rush weaving etc.
We have seen several coracle makers on our travels - one of them uses sawn ash slats about 2" x 1/8" another uses hazel rods and another uses willow wands.

PS. They don't seem to have any pole lathe turning or green woodwork at Assington Mill ? tho' some of their courses look interesting and there are a lot of them.

Will was supposed to be running a course there last summer but there was insufficient interest. They may try again this year.

I will be at the APT AGM with Will and Sue (though I was too late booking for the meal on Saturday night) so will hopefully see you there!!
